NEW PILATES CLASS!

EVOLVE X PILATES FLOW! Tuesdays from 6 - 7 PM

with Nicole Roerick 

This class will be a blend of activating and calming Breath practices, a fluid strength and Yoga mobility based warm up and flow to encourage deep awareness, mat based Pilates stability and strength work that works from the deep core/powerhouse, a mix of heat and gentle cardio building, and an overall mind/body connection. This class has been developed out of the need to explore various types of movement and breath modalities and is accessible for anyone. Bring a mat and wear something comfortable, bare feet are recommended.
