No prior teaching experience is required, but a personal practice is recommended. Upon successful completion, participants will receive a 200-hour certificate.

Starting Tuesday April 1st, join us at South Park Yoga for a weekly Breathwork and Meditation class, taught by Olivia Dellova.
Wind down with a mindfully relaxing meditation and breathwork class. This class provides gentle rejuvenation as you end your day and prepare you for a new one. During this session, you will engage in slow and subtle movement to release any stagnant energy lingering in the physical body. This is followed up with a focus on breathing and various techniques as you engage in a restorative meditation that eases any chattering that occupies the mind.

Did you know that picking the right yoga mat color for yourself can be a game changer!? It can actually be a mindful expression/celebration of your personality while you are practicing… Here are some of the colors and what they represent:
RED : You are energetic, ambitious, vibrant, determined and passionate. You feel things intensely. Red loves to play!
ORANGE : Orange mat people are open minded, balanced, warm, witty, and spirited. Oranges have plenty to give and love to do so.
GREEN: Green mat yogis are curious, intellectual, natural, youthful, and powerful! They love to learn, draw money and prosperity to them with ease, and are often healers of some sort. Greens are the people you want to know; they have an aura of ethereality + quirk.
YELLOW: – You are committed, helpful, joyous, happy, and hopeful. When you walk into a room, you fill the space with sunshine + lightness. Yellow people inspire and instill optimism in others.
BLUE: You are sincere, idealistic, tranquil, calm, and steady. You cannot tell a lie. Blues are welcome anywhere; they flow like water, making their way purposefully, yet elegantly.
