We'll kick things off by breaking down the "how-tos" and spotlighting the benefits of Conscious Connected Breathing (CCB). Additionally, we'll clue you in on any potential contraindications and provide friendly advice for navigating them.
Once intentions are set, we'll guide you through a 30-minute, active, full-body breathwork journey, ensuring you feel secure and supported as you dive into this powerful, energy-shifting practice. Post-session, we'll help you ground yourself and assist in integrating your experience.

About Your Hosts:
Heidi, a Licensed Acupuncturist with nearly two decades of experience, is a sound healing musician, songwriter, and a Conscious Connected Breathwork Facilitator with over 6 years of practice in Plant Medicine.
Tim, a compassionate and dedicated Breathwork Facilitator with decades of spiritual mentoring experience, is also a musician and songwriter, passionate about bringing his creativity and musicianship to the realm of holistic care.
