Deep relaxation is the goal of this experience! Through the use of crystal bowls and other soothing instruments, participants will experience a deeply relaxing state of being that promotes healing and health.
Everyone is welcome! No experience necessary! The only requirement is an intention to RELAX!
Please bring a mat and any props such as blankets, pillows, etc. to make yourself as comfortable as possible.
