New Breathwork and Meditation Class at South Park Yoga!
Starting Tuesday April 1st, join us at South Park Yoga for a weekly Breathwork and Meditation class, taught by Olivia Dellova.
Wind down with a mindfully relaxing meditation and breathwork class. This class provides gentle rejuvenation as you end your day and prepare you for a new one. During this session, you will engage in slow and subtle movement to release any stagnant energy lingering in the physical body. This is followed up with a focus on breathing and various techniques as you engage in a restorative meditation that eases any chattering that occupies the mind.
Every Tuesday from 6:00 - 6:45, give back to yourself and find peace in the present.
