NEW YOGA WALL CLASS!

This class is a luxurious combo of slow flowing, mindful postures on the mat, followed by restorative stretches using the yoga wall.

Breath to movement vinyasa, breathwork and moments of pause lead us into a deep yoga wall practice with a special focus on inversions and a wall supported savasana. Open to all levels.
